Job Description - Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Type: Full -Time


Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to
enhance our business growth by identifying new opportunities and building
relationships with corporate clients through phone -based outreach. As part of
our inside sales team, your role will focus on generating leads, following up
with prospects, and driving sales success through exceptional communication and
persuasive presentations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    thorough research to identify potential sales opportunities and client
    needs in the B2B space.
  • Actively
    engage in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate
    leads.
  • Set
    up and conduct phone -based meetings with prospective clients to understand
    their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Deliver
    engaging and persuasive product presentations over the phone, showcasing companies services.
  • Maintain
    up -to -date records of client interactions and follow -up activities in the
    CRM system.
  • Prepare
    and share regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and key
    metrics.
  • Ensure
    product and service information is well -communicated to prospective
    clients.
  • Collaborate
    with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through efficient
    telemarketing practices.
  • Address
    client objections, negotiate terms, and close deals over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Proven
    experience as an Inside Sales Executive, Telemarketing Executive,
    or similar phone -based sales role.
  • Solid
    understanding of marketing strategies and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Ability
    to quickly grasp and communicate complex services.
  • Self -motivated,
    goal -oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
    over the phone.
  • Minimum
    educational requirement: A bachelor's degree in business or a related
    field is a plus.
  • Knowledge
    of Tamil or Telugu is must.
