Job Description - Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities  

    ● Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations

    ● Maintain and update sales data MIS, reports, and customer records

    ● Act as a bridge between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams

    ● Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and market activations

    ● Communicate with channel partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment

    ● Support new market launches and product roll outs

    ● Handle queries and ensure timely resolution

    ● Prepare, manage and circulate sales report as per agreed cadence

    ● Track primary and secondary sales, stock movement and market coverage

    ● Lead generation

    ● Ensure timely delivery and stock availability at key points

    ● Maintain Master data sheet

    ● Use Zoho CRM to manage leads, accounts, contacts, and sales pipelines efficiently

    ● Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Zoho CRM for orders, follow -ups, customer interactions, and deal stages if required

    ● Ensure seamless flow of orders from Shopify and B2B customer Pos into Zoho Inventory



Requirements

What We’re Looking For  

    ● Strong communication skills

    ● Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Inventory Management (or willingness to learn quickly)

    ● Compulsory Beverage experience

    ● Sincere, responsible, and committed to work

    ● A go -getter mindset – you take initiative, not just instructions

    ● Curious and eager to learn new things every day

    ● Comfortable working in a startup environment (fast -paced, evolving roles)

    ● Good coordination and basic organizational skills

    ● Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets

    ● Passion or interest in food, beverages, or FMCG is a big plus. This is an on -field role with approximately 50% fieldwork.

    Candidates should apply who are based out in Mumbai only.
