What will you do?
â Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations and identifying
their needs and challenges.

â Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and
appointments between potential clients and account managers.
â Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a unified approach
to client engagement and project execution.
â Efficiently schedule and manage outreach efforts, coordinating meetings and discussions
between potential clients and the relevant account managers.
â Maintain detailed records of all outbound lead interactions, including cold calls,
follow -ups, and meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
â Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and
meeting outcomes.
â Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to refine
outreach strategies and improve results.
â Continuously work towards exceeding sales targets by generating qualified leads through

Requirements
What do we expect from you? -
â Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
â 0 -2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
â Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
â Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
â Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
â Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
