Job Description - Business Development Executive

Gointegra Facility Management is a fast -growing organization providing integrated facility management services such as housekeeping, technical maintenance, security, and support services across residential and commercial properties.

We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive business growth in Chennai for facility management services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
Prepare proposals and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
Achieve assigned sales targets

? Eligibility Criteria
