We are looking for a results -driven Business Development Executive who can lead sales initiatives,
achieve targets, and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions,
capable of driving revenue growth, and skilled in building long -term customer relationships
Drive new business growth through client visits, meetings, and lead generation
Understand client requirements and propose Tally, ERP, AMC, and IT solutions
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, demos, and handle negotiations
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue Build and maintain strong, long -term client relationships
Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating with technical and support teams Lead and manage the sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance Motivate the team and promote a performance -driven sales culture
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, reporting, and ensure timely follow -ups and deal closures
Requirements
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle clients independently and close deals
Leadership mindset with team management and mentoring skills Target -oriented, self -motivated, and proactive approach Experience
3–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Tally Sales / ERP Sales preferred
Candidates with team -handling experience will be an added advantage
Qualification - Graduate in any discipline
MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred but not mandatory
