Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring closure-focused BDEs who can take ownership of the full sales cycle—from first conversation to final deal.

This role is not about volume outreach. It’s about understanding intent, positioning value, handling objections, and closing with clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → closure

• Drive demand through targeted, intelligent outreach

• Lead discovery conversations and identify real buying signals

• Position solutions based on business needs (not generic pitching)

• Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiation

• Maintain consistent follow-ups to move deals forward

• Use conversation intelligence to improve win rates

• Build and manage a strong, conversion-focused pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / closing roles

• Proven ability to convert conversations into deals

• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

• Ability to read between the lines in business conversations

• Platform-savvy (LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, outbound channels)

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for research and personalization

• Diplomatic, composed, and persuasive communication style

• High ownership mindset—focused on revenue, not activity
