Job Description - Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long -term business growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities.


Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and drive business growth.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and market research.
  • Self -motivated, target -driven, and result -oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition roles.
