Job Description - Business Development Executive

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business objectives and drive growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
  • Stay up -to -date with industry developments and best practices in business development and sales.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Results -oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.
