Job Description: Business Development Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results -driven Business Development Executive to join our
growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities
and driving revenue across our core service lines: IT Consulting and IT Staffing services.

This role offers a high -impact opportunity to manage the complete sales life cycle and shape
our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
  • Full Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact and relationship building to product demonstrations, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
  • Multi -Vertical Selling: Learn, position, and sell a diverse portfolio of services IT Consulting & Staffing: Understanding client hiring needs and positioning our talent solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long -term relationships with key decision -makers (CT Os, CIOs, HR Directors, and Procurement Heads).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to pitch services effectively.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and informal relationship -building settings


Requirements

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or
Account Management (preferably within the IT/Tech sector). Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with SaaS models, ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), IT
consulting, or tech staffing is a major plus.

Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
Tools:
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,Zohos) and
professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) are preferred.
