Job Description - Business Development Executive

Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with prior experience/Fresher in selling services. The role involves client acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue generation for HR and recruitment services.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand B2B services sales, client relationship management, and closing deals based on trust, problem -solving, and value, rather than product demos.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new B2B clients (startups, SMEs, growing companies)

Sell HR services such as recruitment, HR operations support, payroll coordination, compliance assistance, and HR consulting

Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client HR challenges and propose tailored service solutions

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking

Prepare and share service proposals, commercials, and engagement models

Close deals and coordinate smooth client handover to the delivery team

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and revenue tracking

Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth

Build long -term relationships for repeat business, retainers, and referrals


Requirements

Eligibility & Requirements

Experienced /freshers are welcome

Proven experience in closing deals, not just lead generation

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of service pricing, retainers, and project -based commercials

Ability to interact confidently with Founders, HR Heads, and CXOs

Self -motivated, target -driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment
