We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Services and Staff Augmentation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, account management, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities for IT Services and Staffing
• Acquire new clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and client presentations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
