Job Description - Business Development Executive

Position - BDE
Exp -  2+ yrs 
Location - Mumbai
Notice Period - Immediate joiner - 30 days
Working Days & Time: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday and 10 AM - 5 PM any 2 Saturdays
Skills - Lead generation, Outbound calls, cold calling, Revenue generation, Convincing skills, Communication skills, B2B Sales and B2C Sales 

Roles and Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to identify business opportunities and generate interest in our products/services.
  • Engage in cold calling activities to initiate conversations, introduce our company's offerings, and establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision -making authority, and timeline to determine their suitability for our products/services.
  • Communicate our value proposition and key benefits to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their specific business challenges.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow -ups and timely responses to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Nurture client relationships through regular phone interactions, providing relevant updates, addressing queries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align calling efforts with overall business development strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of all call activities, lead interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation through effective calling and lead management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies to enhance business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products/services.
