Job Description - Business Development Executive

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
  • Perform lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
  • Qualify prospects and understand client business and technical requirements.
  • Present company offerings and coordinate product demos with technical teams.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales follow -ups.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture long -term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
  • Freshers welcome (0–2 years experience in sales or IT services is a plus)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in IT consulting, software solutions, and technology sales
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage
  • Self -motivated, target -driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, team -oriented environment
