Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Package: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  Engage with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups, building meaningful connections.

  Understand each student’s unique needs to provide tailored course recommendations and guidance.

  
  


• 
  

  Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records and communication logs in the CRM system for smooth operations and follow-through.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a trusted advisor to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education journey.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Strong passion for hardcore sales and willingness to operate in a high-energy, target-driven environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in EdTech sales will be an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, empathy, and influencing skills to close deals effectively.
