Business Development Executive

We are hiring Sales/Business Development Executives for a growing Healthcare SkillTech & Clinical Education organisation Startup.

The organisation provides hands-on clinical skill development programs for doctors and healthcare professionals and works with medical colleges, hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Location: Jaipur
Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA/PGDM preferred
Compensation: Upto 25k
PPO: Opportunity based on performance

What You'll Do:

• Generate new B2B/institutional leads
• Visit medical colleges & hospitals
• Meet Deans, Principals & HODs
• Pitch clinical training programs
• Build institutional relationships
• Drive partnerships and sales closures
• Manage follow-ups and sales pipeline
• Maintain CRM
• Achieve sales targets
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports
