URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL PROCESS for Sales, Collections and Customer service executives.

Job title: Business Development Executive

Location: Borivali West

Experience: Minimum 1yrs experience in International BPO in Sales or Collections or Customer Service.

Qualification: Graduate

Working: 5 Days a week,Saturday & Sunday off

Responsibilities:

• Actively pursuing new leads. Out calling, informing prospective students about courses and admission support in international universities.
  


• Handling the inquires on calls and converting them into admissions.
  


• Arranging student and parent meeting with Senior Counselor for Admission support.
  


• Solve basic queries from parents and speak about the credentials of the service.
  

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
  


• Result-orientated, go-getter and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  


• Ability to learn, take initiative and research best study options for students.
  


• Ability to work with cloud CRM and discipline to keep records updated on a real time basis
  


• Deadline oriented folowup skills
