# Business Development Executive (Hunter) – Tensile Structures & Tent Industry
� Location: North India / West -Central India / South India

LUCKY -TECH Membranes Pvt Ltd is one of India's leading manufacturers and solution
providers in technical textiles and membrane engineering.
We specialize in:
- Tensile membrane structures
- PVC/PVDF -coated architectural fabrics
- Biogas balloon systems
- Industrial fabric solutions
- Custom -engineered membrane projects
Our solutions are used across airports, stadiums, hospitality projects, industrial
facilities, commercial infrastructure, and large -scale engineering applications.

Development Executives who enjoy building markets, winning customers, and creating
business opportunities from the ground up.

## Who This Role Is For
This role is for a true hunter.

## Key Responsibilities
### Market Development
- Develop and expand the assigned territoryIdentify and engage tensile fabricators, tent manufacturers, contractors and project
stakeholders
- Track upcoming projects and market opportunities
### New Business Acquisition
- Generate new customer opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations
- Introduce Lucky -Tech's solutions and capabilities
- Generate trial orders and convert prospects into active customers
### Customer Relationship Development
- Build long -term relationships with decision -makers
- Reactivate dormant customers
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities
### Sales Conversion
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations
- Conduct commercial discussions and negotiations
- Secure purchase orders and achieve territory targets
### CRM & Market Intelligence
- Maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM
- Track competitor activity and market developments
- Provide regular market feedback and insights

## What We Are Looking For
### Must Have
- 2 -8 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship -building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
- Strong follow -up and negotiation skills
- Self -driven and target -oriented mindset
### Preferred
- Experience in construction materials, building products, industrial products, technical
textiles, architectural products, tensile structures, roofing systems, prefabricated
structures, industrial fabrics, or project sales
- Experience dealing with fabricators, contractors, architects, consultants, or industrial
customers
