Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3-5 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 years

Location: Hyderabad

JobType: full-time

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong expertise in the interior solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modular interiors, a consultative approach to sales, and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. In this role, you’ll help expand our client base, align design aspirations with functional modular solutions, and ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client acquisition through consultative and solution-oriented selling.
  • Present modular interior offerings that align with client preferences, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and on-time delivery.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through consistent post-sale engagement and support.

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience in interior sales or business development, especially in modular or turnkey segments.
  • Strong knowledge of modular systems, materials, and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled at translating client needs into actionable project briefs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering client success.
