Job Summary: TestHiring is seeking a dynamic, result -oriented Business Development Professional to drive our expansion in the HR -Tech and IT Services landscape. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships with HR leaders, and evangelizing our AI -powered assessment and hiring ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and penetrate new market segments in IT Services, Manufacturing, and BFSI for TestHiring’s assessment and vetting modules.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep -dive discovery sessions to understand recruiter pain points and present TestHiring as the "Indovative" solution to reduce Time -to -Hire.
Full Sales Cycle Management: From lead generation (LinkedIn/Cold Outreach) to high -stakes demonstrations and contract closure.
Relationship Management: Act as a strategic advisor to existing clients to ensure high retention and upselling of new assessment modules.
Market Intelligence: Monitor 2026 hiring trends to align our sales pitch with the latest industry mandates.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 -5 years in B2B IT Sales or SaaS Business Development. (Experience in HR -Tech or Recruitment Platforms is a massive plus).
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication; strong command over regional languages (Gujarati/Hindi) for local market penetration.
Persona: High -energy, well -presentable, and capable of holding C -suite conversations.
Tech -Savvy: Proficient in Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI -driven prospecting tools.
