Business Development Executive (IT INFRASTRUCTURE SALES)

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales, new client acquisition, and lead generation for IT Infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, comfortable with cold calling, and motivated to build a career in IT sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate accounts and identify potential B2B clients.


• Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure space.


• Build and maintain relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, Procurement Teams, and corporate decision-makers.


• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.


• Schedule and attend client meetings and manage requirement gathering.


• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.


• Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.


• Develop business opportunities through OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.


• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.


• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and closures.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.


• For experienced candidates, prior experience in IT Infrastructure Sales is preferred.


• Knowledge or experience in Networking, Servers, Storage, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, AMC, or Managed Services will be an advantage.


• Existing relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or corporate IT decision-makers will be an added advantage.


• For freshers, a Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Confident in communicating with corporate clients and decision-makers.


• Willingness to make cold calls and generate new business.


• Strong sales mindset, learning attitude, and willingness to build a career in IT sales.


• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
