Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive IT software & consulting sales including Mobile Apps, Web Apps, CRMs & ERPs. You will work with global clients to help them digitize, automate, and scale their business using cutting -edge technology like AI/ML solutions and premium app development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation via LinkedIn, calls & emails

Cold calling & client meetings (field visits if required)

Create proposals & pitch solutions

Handle client communication & negotiations

Close deals & manage client relationships

Maintain sales pipeline, contracts & follow -ups

Requirements

2+ years in IT Sales/Business Development

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Experience in B2B sales & lead generation

Knowledge of digital solutions (Apps/Web/CRM/ERP)

Self -driven, target -oriented & proactive mindset
