Department: Business Development
Location: Navi Mumbai

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end business development process. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-spoken, and possesses a strong understanding of market trends within the interior design and décor industry.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach initiatives.

  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

  3. Conduct client meetings, deliver service presentations, and provide detailed product/service demonstrations.

  4. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and sales activities within the PMS (Project Management System).

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for client requirements.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  1. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

  2. Preferred knowledge of the interior design, home décor, or architecture industry.

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  4. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to business strategy.
