Job Responsibilities:

Business Development executive [Day Shift] [Non-Voice]

• Searching companies through job portals/ social media• Approaching companies via emails• Client Communication• Generate Leads• Maintaining client relationship• Closing clients

Research Sourcing Analyst [Day-shift] [Non-Voice]

• Sourcing international candidates through job portals/ social media platforms.• Approaching candidates via emails.• Shortlist and screen candidates.• Maintain compiled reports or spreadsheets on ATS-Zoho recruit.• Coordinate with clients regarding the projects.

Human Resource Analyst [Day-shift]

• Corporate recruitment.• Office administration.• Cost and inventory management.• Event management.• Candidate sourcing.

Required Skills:

• Graduate/post-graduate in any stream.• 0-3 years experience in Email-Marketing, Lead generation and Client Handling.• 0-3 years experience in Sourcing, Shortlisting and LinkedIn Recruiter.• Good Communication Skills

Working Hours :

• 10 am – 7pm (Monday – Friday)• 10 am – 4pm (Saturday)• 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday / Sunday off

Salary:Rs 13,500 CTC to Rs 20,000 CTC.

WFH provided only to employees working for 1+ years with us.
