We are seeking a dynamic and result -oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing key HoReCa accounts, expanding institutional sales channels, and building strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and hospitality partners.
The candidate must have strong exposure to B2B sales within the HoReCa segment and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Develop and expand business within the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers).
Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients in the assigned territory.
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business.
Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions for chefs and purchase teams.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the HoReCa channel.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong long -term relationships with key decision -makers.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HoReCa / Institutional sales.
Strong network within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
Experience in B2B sales (preferably food, beverages, dairy, frozen foods, or FMCG).
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle territory sales.
Target -driven and performance -oriented mindset.
