Hiring Alert | Business Development Expert (B2B) – EdTech

We are looking for a dynamic and result -driven Business Development Expert (B2B) to drive institutional sales and build strategic partnerships across schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates, and government organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
â Identify and acquire new B2B clients
â Build and manage institutional sales pipeline
â Conduct product demos & solution -based presentations
â Negotiate contracts and close strategic partnerships
â Manage onboarding and client relationship development
â Collaborate with marketing for targeted B2B campaigns
â Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
â Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
Required Skills:
Strong B2B sales and consultative selling experience
Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or education sector preferred
Experience interacting with principals, HODs, VCs, L&D heads, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
CRM tools knowledge (Salesforce / Zoho preferred)
