Business Development – Financial Planner

Location: Thrissur,Kerala

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Up to ₹40,000 for strong candidates)

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Financial Services / Sales / Business Development

Qualification: Any Degree

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to acquire new clients and promote financial planning services. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, coordinating with financial planners, and achieving business targets within the investment advisory division.

Responsibilities

• Follow up leads and enroll new clients

• Tie -up with organizations and associations to conduct educative webinars/seminars and other lead generation activities

• Co -ordinate and conduct other lead generation activities

• Provide timely services and solutions to existing clients

• Co -ordinate with Financial planners/operations to provide timely service and ensure client satisfaction

• Create, Update and report client’s/Business status in CRM and other reports.

• Work with planners for getting service renewals from existing clients

Requirements

Experience in the financial sector, sales, or business development roles.
Strong communication and client handling skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and generate leads independently.
Basic understanding of financial products and KYC processes preferred.
Good networking and relationship -building abilities.
