Job Description - Business Development - GVMITM

We are a Premium Zoho Partner, providing end-to-end Zoho solutions to clients across industries. Our mission is to help businesses grow by leveraging Zoho’s powerful suite of applications, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to join our team.





Job Summary:



The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of Zoho products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience in SaaS or technology sales.







This position requires a minimum service commitment of 12 months


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Zoho products and services.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.


  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate Zoho solutions.


  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and webinars for clients.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.




Required Skills:



  • Proven experience in business development or sales (if any)


  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (if any)


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.


  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.


  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and lead generation.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (if any)
