have a highly curated database of global importers of Indian agri -products
(including rice)

 • Reaching the right decision -makers
 • Understanding demand
 • Executing deals through a structured
system

Our entire sales process
is driven through Zoho CRM and in -house quotation software, ensuring:
 • Full pipeline visibility
 • Data -backed follow -ups
 • High conversion efficiency

We are building a young,
aggressive, and performance -driven sales team
— people who are proactive,
street -smart, and hungry to grow.

Your Role

You will be responsible
for closing deals yourself, building the team from scratch, and creating a
high -performance outbound sales system using Zoho CRM
.

If you are
only used to managing and not executing, this role is not for you.


Key
Responsibilities
 
✔ Convert importer database into revenue by reaching
decision -makers
 
✔ Drive end -to -end sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
 
✔ Build and enforce CRM -driven sales engine (Zoho CRM)
 
✔ Track calls, connects, requirements, quotes & closures
 
✔ Hire, train, and manage sales team from ground up
 
✔ Review calls, improve scripts & conversion ratios
 
✔ Personally handle key negotiations & closures
 
✔ Ensure strict process discipline (no offline sales)

Who Should

preferred)

 âœ… Strong closer + team builder mindset
 âœ… Expertise in cold outreach,
negotiation & deal closing

 âœ… Highly comfortable with CRM -driven
working (Zoho preferred)

 âœ… Aggressive, result -oriented & high
ownership attitude

Not
Suitable If:

 âŒ Only account/relationship
management experience

 âŒ No hands -on sales execution
 âŒ Low activity or passive mindset
