aggressive, and performance -driven sales team — people who are proactive,
street -smart, and hungry to grow.

Your Role
You will be responsible
for closing deals yourself, building the team from scratch, and creating a
high -performance outbound sales system using Zoho CRM.
If you are
only used to managing and not executing, this role is not for you.
Key
Responsibilities
â Convert importer database into revenue by reaching
decision -makers
â Drive end -to -end sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
â Build and enforce CRM -driven sales engine (Zoho CRM)
â Track calls, connects, requirements, quotes & closures
â Hire, train, and manage sales team from ground up
â Review calls, improve scripts & conversion ratios
â Personally handle key negotiations & closures
â Ensure strict process discipline (no offline sales)
