As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, making a direct
impact on companies growth trajectory in some of the most exciting digital -first
economies.
Responsibilities:
â Pipeline Development
â Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and targeted campaigns in
the Indian, Indonesian, and broader Southeast Asian markets.
â Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by leveraging tools
such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, and market intelligence platforms.
Outbound Sales:
â Execute personalized outreach strategies, including cold emails, calls, and social
media engagements, to initiate conversations with decision -makers.
â Communicate Monnai’s value proposition to prospective clients, addressing their
unique pain points (with thorough research of the same).
â Collaboration with Sales
â Set up and participate in high -quality discovery calls for the sales team, ensuring
they have well -qualified leads.
â Support Account Executives by sharing insights about prospects, helping to tailor
the sales pitch.
Market Insights:
â Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and key industry
developments in the region.
â Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and challenges to help
refine our go -to -market strategy.
â Metrics and Reporting
â Track and report performance metrics such as meetings scheduled, qualified
leads, and pipeline growth.
â Continuously optimize outreach and lead qualification processes to exceed
targets.

Required Skills and Experience :
â 2 -4 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, preferably within
B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
â Proven track record of building a sales pipeline and generating qualified leads in
high -growth markets.
â Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C -level
executives.
â Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement
platforms.
â Understanding of the fin tech, financial services, or data/AI -driven technology
space is a plus.
â Proactive, results -driven attitude with excellent organizational skills.
â Multilingual candidates with proficiency in languages relevant to the SEA region
(e.g., Bahasa) will be highly valued.
