We're looking for an ambitious builder to help take this business from early commercial traction to large-scale growth.

Mission of the Role

Build and scale Pakka's sustainable flexible packaging business.

This is a unique opportunity to operate like a founder within an established company. You'll own the growth of a new business vertical - working across customers, product development, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and supply chain to turn an innovative product into a category-defining business.

Key Responsibilities

Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Pakka's flexible packaging business.
Build strong relationships with brands, converters, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Identify market opportunities and develop winning go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with R&D and operations teams to commercialize new products and applications.
Lead customer trials, product adoption, and commercialization efforts.
Build the ecosystem required to scale the business, including supply chain and strategic partnerships.
Continuously gather market insights and customer feedback to shape product and business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree Packaging Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

4–7 years of experience in flexible packaging or related packaging industries.
Experience in business development, sales, product commercialization, application development, or market development roles.
Exposure to sustainable packaging is a plus, but not a requirement.

Skills

Strong commercial instinct and customer-facing capabilities.
Ability to build deep relationships and earn credibility with customers.
Curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work across sales, product development, operations, and supply chain functions.
