Business Development - Management Trainee

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated recent graduates and early -career professionals with up to 2 years of experience (0–2 years) to join us as Management Trainees in Business Development. This role provides comprehensive exposure to client acquisition, lead generation, and sales development activities. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and work closely with senior professionals, laying a strong foundation for a long -term career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective clients across relevant industries.
  
• Qualify leads through presentation and information gathering.
  
• Support outreach efforts via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
  
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
  
• Prepare reports and updates on lead generation activities.
  
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with campaigns.
