Position: Business Development Executive / Software Sales Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive / Software Sales Officer to drive software product sales and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling software solutions like ERP, HRMS, CRM, or other enterprise products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through direct sales activities (calls, emails, meetings, presentations).
Present and promote software products and services using solid sales arguments tailored to client needs.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to showcase the value of software solutions to prospective and existing customers.
Maintain and expand client relationships to maximize long-term revenue opportunities.
Prepare and deliver appropriate proposals and demonstrations on products and services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven experience in software sales or business development.
Strong knowledge of selling ERP, HRMS, CRM, or other enterprise software products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product offerings.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
