Job Description - Business Development Manager

As Manager-Business Development, you will be responsible for business development in India Market. Will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth while also enabling increased revenue from current accounts. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

Location:

  • Delhi & Chennai

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responsible for sales in the Indian market for a SaaS product.
  • Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Field-intensive role involving frequent client visits, lead generation, and market engagement.
  • Experience in independently managing deal sizes of INR 50 L ARR.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-sales team for demos and POCs.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and handle contract closures.
  • Collect payments from customers and manage customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of companies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience in outbound and direct sales (preferably in the garment industry).
  • 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions.
  • Solid business development and acquisition experience.
  • Strong relationship and account management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for sales performance.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to understand customer needs.
