Business Development Manager
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships with enterprise customers
Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new markets
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiations and closures
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Delivery) for solution alignment
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales leadership
Experience in IT Services, Technology Solutions, or Product Sales preferred
Strong network across industries and regions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving revenue goals
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
