Job Description - Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Field
Sales)

Location: Mumbai

Company: Climate Tech Company

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with
potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7-10 cold visits every
day.

• Educate
customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits.

• Build and
maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.

• Meet or
exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly. Required Skills & Competencies

• Customer
Engagement: Ability to engage and influence potential customers through
effective communication.

• Sales Skills:
Ability to present and demonstrate products/services to B2B customers.

• Relationship
Building: Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business.


Target-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Interpersonal
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively
with a

diverse
customer base.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
Minimum graduate-level education required.

• Experience:
Good experience in field sales.

• Language
Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Motivation:
Self-motivated and results oriented.

• Teamwork:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
