Job Description - Business Development Manager

Job Title: Manager Business Development

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

Work Schedule: 5 -day work week

We’re hiring a Manager Business Development for one of India's leading IT solution providers, established in 1996. As the Manager Business Development, your responsibilities would be:

  • Leading market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • To bring a strategic mindset to develop and implement business development plans that achieve company growth goals.
  • To manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision -makers to understand and meet client objectives.
  • Play a key role in the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development and closing deals.


Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and business development with a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong operational skills in tracking sales activities and pipeline development using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to gain deep customer insights to prepare customized proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and revenue growth.
  • Strong at handling multiple tasks, highly organized, and proactive in driving results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
