Job Description - Business Development Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and goal -oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the
recruitment or staffing industry. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying
new business opportunities and nurturing strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a mix of
market insight, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering client success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. 
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Relationship Management 
  • Develop and maintain long -term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution 
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals. 
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
4. Market Research & Analysis 
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights to management for product/service positioning.
5. Proposal & Presentation Development 
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for client meetings. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
6. Collaboration & Coordination 
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts. 
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients to delivery teams.
7.  Billing invoice & Client Coordination
  • Act as the first point of contact with clients for billing and invoicing.
  • Ensure invoices are raised and shared as per the mutual agreement.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve billing queries and maintain transparent communication.


Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree 
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business development or sales (Staffing Industry).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self -motivated with a results -oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking with problem -solving ability.
Working Conditions
  • Office -based role at Gurugram, Sector 53–54, Augusta Point.
  • Standard working hours; flexibility required during client meetings or deadlines.
  • Collaboration with marketing, operations, and delivery teams as part of the workflow.
Performance Metrics
  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Growth in client acquisition and retention.
  • Quality of proposals and presentations delivered.
  • Contribution to overall business expansion strategy.
