Core Responsibilities
Generate Life, Health, and General Insurance business through the agency channel
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents
Manage and motivate a team of advisors to achieve sales targets
Drive branch revenue, productivity, and profitability
Provide ongoing sales support, field coaching, and performance monitoring
Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance
Build strong customer and advisor relationships
Ensure branch operations follow company and regulatory guidelines
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
Develop local market strategies for business expansion
