Location: Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and experience in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  
• Track sales metrics and report performance to leadership.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in a tech/SaaS company).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
