Business Development Manager

Webgross is a digital marketing and brand solutions agency offering digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, website development, branding, and content services. We help businesses strengthen their online presence and achieve measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.


• Identify opportunities for digital marketing, SEO, PPC, website development, branding, and content services.


• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closure.


• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.


• Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements, budgets, and objectives.


• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customised solutions.


• Maintain CRM records and regularly track pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.


• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.


• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.


• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.


• Experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, or an Agency is preferred.


• Proven skills in lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.


• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, website development, branding, and content services.


• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.


• Strong target-oriented and consultative selling approach.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency.


• Experience handling B2B clients and high-value service deals.


• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
