Business Development

• Identify and acquire new real estate projects and business opportunities across Mumbai and MMR.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landowners, investors, and strategic business partners.
• Develop business expansion strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Drive project onboarding and ensure timely execution of business objectives.

Business Planning & Strategy

• Develop market penetration and business growth strategies for assigned territories.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Recommend innovative initiatives to improve sourcing efficiency and revenue generation.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Closing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build long-term relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and present periodic MIS reports on sourcing performance, business development activities, revenue, and pipeline status.
• Monitor key business metrics and ensure adherence to organizational policies and processes.

Candidate Profile:

Experience

• 5–12 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Minimum 2–7 years in Business Development.
• Prior experience with a real estate mandate firm is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills
• Strong network within the Mumbai real estate ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in Channel Partner acquisition and management.
• Sound understanding of the residential real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
