Business Development & Sales Manager (Tiles Industry)
• Build new business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Maintaining relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers, & Large strategic Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Preparing & sending commercial proposals to clients.
• Grow revenue from existing clients.
• Work with the backend team to ensure delivery commitment.
• Building healthy funnels /pipeline for incremental business from new existing clients.
"Bachelor's Degree / MBA or any graduate "
Minimum 4 to 10 years of sales experience in relevant industry ( pitching to Architects, Interior design firms ).
Excellent Customer service & sales skill.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft(Excel, Powerpoint), CRM & sales software.
Negotiation & problem- solving skill.
Prior experience in sales & business development working with Architects, Interior Design.
Preference : Candidate from Tiles / Marble / Stone, Concrete , HVAC, UPVC, LED , Cement, Paint/Coating/Luxury/Lighting, Luxury Furniture etc would be preferred ( Where they're dealing directly with Architect or Interior Designer )
