Job Description - Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager - Safety Helmet

Location - Pan India

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with B2B clients to build new business for the company for the product line of Safety Helmets. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities for Safety Helmet sales
  • Develop new relationships with B2B clients in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Liaison with PSU clients and handle tenders through sites like GEM portal
  • Generate new dealer in new geographies
  • Achieve Sales targets for the product lines of Safety Helmet

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 4 years' prior B2B industry related business development experience in Safety Helmet
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Open to extensive travelling across India
