What You'll Be Doing

• Own new business acquisition across SMB and Mid-Market exporters of services (IT/ITES and other cross-border businesses).


• Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and sales tools.


• Engage Founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers with compelling value propositions and convert opportunities into long-term customers.


• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly new customer acquisition and GMV targets.


• Identify untapped market opportunities and help shape go-to-market strategies for new customer segments.


• Represent Payoneer at industry events and customer engagements to generate demand and expand market presence.


• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting while driving a high-velocity sales process.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a strong focus on net-new customer acquisition.


• 3+ years in payments, fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services selling to Mid-Market businesses


• Demonstrated track record of consistently crushing outbound sales targets and building pipeline through proactive prospecting—not just working inbound leads.


• Proven ability to open new accounts, win competitive deals, and influence senior stakeholders including Founders and CXOs.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.


• Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent qualification.


• Experience selling cross-border payment solutions or financial products.


• Familiarity with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.


• Experience developing new territories or launching new market segments.
