Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven
Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be
responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building
and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within
the IT staff augmentation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and Target Prospects: Research and
identify potential clients in need of IT staff augmentation services. Develop
and execute strategies to target and engage these prospects.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and
maintain strong, long -term relationships with clients. Understand their
business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
· Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and
implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market
analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Lead Generation: Generate leads through
various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and
attending industry events.
· Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver
compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate
contracts and close deals.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the
recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and to
facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of IT staff.
· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry
trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide relevant insights
and recommendations.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records
of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions. Provide regular
reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 3 -5 years of
experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT
staff augmentation or staffing industry.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of IT staffing and the ability
to communicate technical requirements.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and
driving revenue growth.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with
clients at all levels.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite.
