We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Certifications to lead growth initiatives in the EdTech space, focusing on B2B sales and certification programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, and training providers, and driving revenue through certification sales. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by understanding client needs and positioning certification solutions that enhance workforce skills and organizational performance. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive approach to lead generation, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive environment. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery while continuously optimizing sales strategies to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grasp of EdTech dynamics, and is passionate about creating value through learning and development solutions.
• Drive B2B sales for certification programs by identifying and engaging potential clients across industries
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, training partners, and educational institutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase certification offerings
• Develop customized solutions based on client requirements and business objectives
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and pipeline management
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and generate regular reports
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in EdTech
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech or certification sales
• Strong experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close deals in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
