Job Description - Business Development Manager (Community Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and business growth in the assigned area.
  • Identify and approach potential customers, community groups, and business partners.
  • Conduct field visits, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and business development plans.
  • Organize community events, awareness programs, and networking activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer queries professionally.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/business development (preferred)
  • Experience in community engagement or field sales is an added advantage

Preferred Qualities:

  • Ability to work in the field and travel as required
  • Good networking and relationship -building skills
  • Customer -focused approach
