Business Development Manager (Export - Diamond Jewellery)

• To build business by identifying the prospects; maintaining relationships with clients by visiting them in different geographic region of globe.
  
• Represent the organization in exhibition, trade fair and identify the prospects and recommend them with the best option.
  
• To have complete product and stock knowledge
  
• Negotiate and close the deal by excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  
• Identify and solve the client issues strategically.
  
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  
• Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  
• Work with the Sales, stock, Accounts and Operations, teams for timely dispatch of the products.
  
• Prepares reports, daily quotation and plan attractive offers for the client by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  
• Actively approach to the targeted business clients through telephone, email and exhibitions.
  
• Demonstrate and present the product to the customers in different geographic regions all over globe.
  

Requirements

• Good Understanding of Diamond Jewellery (Gold & Silver)
  
• Market - Export (US, Europe and Russian Market)
  
• Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analysing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  
• Proven success working in a fast -paced, high -growth environment
  
• Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business -oriented solutions to problems
  
• Good grip on English

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Any Graduate
  
• MBA degree is a plus
  
• At least 7+ years of sales experience (B2B) in the Diamond Jewellery (Gold & Silver)
  
• 3 to 5 years of management experience.
  
• Strategic leadership ability.
