Business Development Manager (Lab Grown Jewellery)

Key Responsibilities 

• Generate and qualify leads for Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery across targeted international markets.
  

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B diamond jewellery segment.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key clients.
  

• Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product pitches to drive revenue growth.
  

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
  

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.
  

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery industry.
  

Requirements

• 4–12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Diamond Jewellery industry.
  

• Prior exposure to Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery is mandatory.
  

• Strong experience in lead generation and B2B client acquisition.
  

• Good understanding of international markets and pricing dynamics.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and target achievement skills.
