Job Description - Business Development Manager Logistics

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers with logistics

industry experience (B2B, B2C, freight forwarding, warehousing, last -mile

delivery, 3PL/4PL). You will drive revenue growth, acquire key clients, and

expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and close new business opportunities in logistics verticals.
Manage client relationships, escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research, analyse trends and propose value -added
solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and lead tendering/contract negotiations.
Collaborate with operations, finance and marketing for seamless execution.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit business reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in logistics sales/business development.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship -building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
